About the 2MDX04 Series

The 2MDX04 series consists of a series of powerful two-stage thermoelectric modules characterized by 0.4×0.4 mm thermoelectric element size and larger cooling board size. It is used for cooling optoelectronic components up to temperatures -10...-30 °С.

ΔTmax up to 96 K (300K, vacuum);
Applications: photonics, analytical equipment.
